  My workplace had our EOFY event at the Apollonian Hotel and it was so much fun! They were able to easily cater for 40 people, with our meals all coming out at the same time. We had the burgers, which were delicious, and they were able to easily cater for dietary requirements. We were very well looked after by the staff and Danielle, who was very organised and she did a great job of making sure we were all happy. She reserved the outside area for us to eat and also lit the fire so we would be warm. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding which played a huge part in the experience and fun we had. Not only was the day of the event a lot of fun, thanks to the staff at Apollonian, but leading up to the event Danielle made organising the event very easy. She would reply to my emails promptly and was very accomodating to our needs. On the day she made sure everything ran to schedule, which it did. Leading up to the event and the day of all went smoothly which made our EOFY event very memorable.

  Had to pick a star a pity there isn't any minus stars.....bn there 3 times in the last 4-5 yrs just yesterday 4/6 Sunday that was the best exhibition of the worst service I've seen in a quite a long time ever since the last times i was there midday queues out the door waiting to order lunch and the order taker has gone missing ???? That's "one" serving. ... Go to the other bar a queue out the door 2 to 3 staff doing the best they can but not really interested in the queue serving anybody who comes to the bar not good no organization. $25 for a plate of spit roast n salad ripped off severely cold n very rare half hr late and another long queue. See the meat carver take a leak not wash his hands then see the meat carver go straight in the kitchen to help wipe dishes then see me leave not so long after... The manager or whoever is holding the purse strings needs a lesson in customer service because the lack of staff to customer ratio at Sunday lunch is intolerable I will never go back whats more i will broadcast far n wide how well my day was ruined by incompetence and an obvious lack of respect for there customers Doug...
